Really bad service.. No punctuality... Had to face difficulty in finding the location of bus...no proper guide.. Booked ac bus from navlakha bus stand..but we got in rhow..

Never travel in this bus, the bus was overcrowded. I boarded bus from sendhwa to indore each and every seat was filled and the passage in bus was fulled from the passengers.

Very very poor... M in bus it's approx. 2 hours late... They try to fill this bus by passengers... Stops anywhere and fill passengers... They seem to be greedy... It's Non Ac... Plz don't go with there fake promise... Passengers standing🧍 are more thn seats😂😂 …

Sorry, no option for 0 star rating. Poor management. Passengers booked AC bus boarding from Navlakha Bus stand. What passangers get is... No information where the bus is present, no agent to provide us with the bus location and when we found the bus, it was a non ac bus, to be taking us from navlakha to any other location where the bus is present. They don't care about the inconvenience passengers were facing.

I actually travelled in Gayatri buses from Khetia to indoor. I just searched in Google about it and hot the number and booked my ticket over the call. It was very quick. And I got confirmed seat 2 hrs before the travel time.

New Gayatri Bus AC SLIPEER is not good bus 1.continue water leakage from AC ,all sleeper bed got wet (image attached) 2.size of double sleeper seat is very short , that 2 person cant sleep comfortably . 3. steel used to build interior is very sharp edges , it will cut your skin नई गायत्री बस का एसी स्लिपर अच्छी बस नहीं है 1. एसी से लगातार पानी का रिसाव हो रहा है, सभी स्लीपर बेड गीले हो गए हैं (छवि संलग्न) 2. डबल स्लीपर सीट का आकार बहुत छोटा है, जिससे 2 व्यक्ति आराम से नहीं सो सकते। 3. इंटीरियर बनाने के लिए इस्तेमाल किया गया स्टील बहुत तेज किनारों वाला है, यह आपकी त्वचा को काट सकता है

⚠️Very bad experience , poor management Zero rating Ac ke place pe Non Ac bus , 1 hour delay , we booked our seats still got no seats plus the behaviour of bus staff was very poor ❌Do not book your tickets 🙏🏻
