The bus service is very poor. It just stinks a lot. AC stopped working in the middle of the journey. Bus was late at source and destination as well. Even it's website not accepting complaint.

Worst bus service, they tore my bag and while complaining said to go and do FIR, nobody can do anything to them at Chanderi drop point. Worst staff behavior abusive and hooligans they are.

बहुत ही खराब सर्विस हैं इस बस की कोई भी अम्बे बस से ट्रैवल नहीं करे और बस स्टॉफ भी बहुत बत्तमीज हैं और समय से बहुत ज्यादा लेट चलती है साथ ही ड्राइवर दारू पीकर गाड़ी चलाते हैं जिसके वजह से अपनी जान को खतरा भी रहता हैं

Never travel in this bus... They carry luggage in whole bus seats are very dirty.... मुंगावली में 2 घंटे से ज्यादा बस रोककर इंदौर से ले जाया गया सामान उतारा जाता है और फिर उतना ही सामान वहां से लादकर पिछोर के लिए ले जाया जाता है यह बस नहीं है पूरी तरह से मालगाड़ी है बस को जल्दी चलने के लिए पूछने पर स्टाफ बदतमीजी से बात करता है

धोखाधड़ी और बद्तमीज़ी – Ambey Travels से सफर बिल्कुल ना करें मैंने हाल ही में सतना से इंदौर जाने के लिए Ambey Travels की बस बुक की थी, लेकिन मेरा अनुभव बहुत ही खराब रहा। बस के ड्राइवर आनंद और बबलू नाम के व्यक्ति ने मुझसे बुकिंग के अलावा अतिरिक्त पैसे मांगे। जब मैंने अतिरिक्त पैसा देने से मना किया, तो उसने मुझे धमकी दी कि वह मुझे भोपाल में ही उतार देगा, जबकि मेरी डेस्टिनेशन इंदौर थी। इस तरह की बदतमीज़ी और ब्लैकमेलिंग किसी भी यात्री के साथ नहीं होनी चाहिए। मैं सभी से निवेदन करता हूँ कि Ambey Travels की बस में यात्रा ना करें। ऐसी कंपनियाँ यात्रियों के साथ धोखा कर रही हैं और इन पर कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए।

Experience toh acha tha par raat ke 12 baje jab bus jarab ho gayi toh bus ke driver ne koi solution dundne ke baja vo so gaya or subah ke 5 baje ham passenger ko pata chala ki ham abhi tak bhopal main hi the uske bad ek or bus waha kadi thi usne hame satna thak pahuchaya
