Very bad experience 😕 and ac is not working condition ... …

Very bad behaviour of receptionist and alwyas BUSES are given of diffrent travel company .this agency only acts as mediater and do not have own buses ..and buses are also very bad in all terms and hygene is also a matter of concern.

Worst service and worst staff. Once i Lost my bag from bus and also lost my parcel. Booking office don't listen to our problem seriously.

This was one of the worst experience of bus travel with Ambay Travels. i paid 1500 Rs. For single ticket. Seats were leaking without any rain, no stoppage of bus even for washroom facilities. I and a group of people together we shouted for many a times to give the stoppage so that we can go to washroom. There were dirty blankets provided and were very stinky. Some blankets were wet also. And the most hateful thing that bus was supposed to make us reach Indore by 7.30 am and right now the time is 9.45am and we have not reached Dewas and Indore is still 1.5 hours away. People missed their exams and office working just because of carelessness of these Ambay Travels fellow. There is a need for change because everyday people are wasting thier hard earned money with their useless services. Bus No. MP 41 P406 Date of Journey- 19/08/19 Thank you

में पन्ना से इंदौर अम्बे ट्रावेल की स्लीपर कोच से आया,गाड़ी में भेड़ बकरो कि तरह सिंगल स्लीपर पर 5 सवारी भरी थी पाँव रखने जगह नही रही।सवारी के जान की कोई कीमत नही इनके लिए।

Bekar service hai...bich ki gallery m logo ko lita lete h..bathroom bhi n ja pate ...smell ati h gandi wali...or khidkia awaj karti h

Bus: Indore to Sagar, Damoh, Jabalpur. Time :9:35pm Bus AC sleeper. Number 8111 Really really stinky smells. Mattress weren't clean at all, crumbs everywhere. My wife and i couldn't breathe and unfortunately we didn't have the option to choose something else at that time. I wouldn't recommend this. I have given extra stars for reaching at destination on time, provided good breaks for dinner.

I had booked three seats , I was travelling from satna to indore Ac bus , They Dont give me blankets. Dont travel in this bus mistakenly or trying something new. Worst experience ever. Staff is so rude also.
