It the worst bus service ever. Bus is late by 5 freaking hours on Diwali, where fares are sky high up to 4k. Staff is disrespectful as always. Owners doesn't seem to care how the operations are going. अंधेर नगरी चौपट राजा is most apt idiom. If you have a choice please go by any travels but not by Annapurna

I had a terrible experience traveling with Annapurna Travels on 6th Oct 2024 from Indore to Mumbai. The bus was in very poor condition, with water constantly dripping from the AC ducts, making the journey uncomfortable. For Rs. 1300, the service was far from value for money, and the bus felt unsafe due to its worn-out state. The driver’s handling was rough, with sudden, hard braking that jolted passengers repeatedly throughout the trip. I won’t be traveling with Annapurna Travels again, and I recommend others avoid this service. Please choose a better option for your comfort and safety.

Worst bus service ever . They swnd you booking confirmation when booked online, take the booking fare , then message you that the bus is cancelled and never return your money , their staff is unethical , careless . Just made a mistake of booking from this company once.

Today, I had a very bad experience during my journey from Thane Teen Hath Naka. The bus staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. The bus was also 30 minutes late at the pickup point. Because of this unpleasant behavior and delay, I’ve decided that I will never travel with this service again. Please take strict action against the staff and improve your timing and customer service.

Pickup time was 8:30am in wakad pune, bus came at 2 am later bus tyre brust in journey ac stopped working reached indore at 6:30 pm more than 22 hr of time wasted while paying extra fare or charges on the name of diwali. No maintaince of bus

I wish I have an option to give zero Star this horrific pathetic transport bus service. I have booked tickets from ujjain to Mumbai. Bus broke down in midway and after 8hours they gave another bus. It's been more then 24hrs I have boarded the bus and still it's in Nasik and when complaint about it they said it's been booked offline hence they can't do anything. They should be banned. Don't not book tickets

From 2024 past review and today at May 2026 anupurna travels bus Mumbai to Indore bus number MP 13 Zf9733 A/c is not proper always water is coming from AC there service is very bad disappointed with there bus taking A/c bus money and not providing the service proper for future atleast they have to change the bus or repair the AC full water is on bed

I would like to share my experience with Annapurna Travels. I had booked **6 tickets** from Mumbai to Ujjain through MakeMyTrip one day before my journey. Everything was planned, and we were ready to travel. However, just **6 hours before the departure time**, I received a message from Annapurna Travels stating that my booking had been cancelled by the bus operator. We were completely shocked because there was very little time left to make alternative arrangements. We immediately tried calling the travel operator several times, but no one answered our calls. On top of that, around **₹8,000** was blocked in the booking, which made the situation even more stressful. Fortunately, we were lucky enough to find another bus just a few hours before the journey. Otherwise, our entire trip would have been ruined. My concern is not just the cancellation, but the way it was handled. If the operator needed to cancel the booking, passengers should have been informed at least one day in advance. Cancelling just a few hours before departure without any support or communication is highly unprofessional and causes unnecessary inconvenience. Based on my experience, I would advise travelers to be cautious while booking with Annapurna Travels. I hope the company improves its customer service and communication so that other passengers do not face the same problem. Thank you.
