Bus services is worst they dont even give u the water i prefer to travel With raj ratan intercity or even jogeshwari They dont treat there customer well Worst bus service ever been . Conductors and service man are rude and worthless

Such a worst service they are providing using bus to transporting stuff like fruits nd all when we call to bus service provider they r really careless about it not even bother to it pls don't use this annapurna travel And this is regular practice they r doing It's our fault that we didn't check review 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Bad experience while traveling from Indore to Mumbai with this travels. No management. Takes customers granted. Opt for another travels instead of this. Bus condition is also not good.

To make matters worse, the AC in the bus was not functioning properly, and the lower seats were uncomfortable with no space for shoes.
