Hotel The Grand Tara

I would like to share my experience regarding my recent stay at this hotel…. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The bedsheets and pillows were dirty, and the toilet was clogged. Additionally, the food quality was very poor and did not meet basic standards. What was even more concerning was the service. The staff showed no concern for guests, and the manager was unhelpful and lacked basic etiquette in communication. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. Giving 1 star for service of the manager because can’t give 0 star. Mr. Naveen, the main person at the reception, is not at all cordial and guest friendly. 2 rooms were allotted. Door of 1 room could not be locked at all even after repeated requests of repair. Door of the other room was very tight, and lock was broken. From outside, it will appear that it is a party friendly place with good food and vibe. But, quality of the breakfast food is also very bad. My parents did not like the food at all. Please be extra careful while booking the hotel. Do not go by the location. There are many affordable hotels of similar price range in the same area. Hotel is so good and at best location where connectivity is so feasible. Staff is helpful and cooperative to the guests. There is restaurant available at the first floor, so that we can have 3 meals a day at the same place. I would definitely recommend tbis Hotel for the stay. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 5

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Grand Tara. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Most importantly, the hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant environment for our family. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent service. Excellent Stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Hotel The Grand Tara. Everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay truly relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the overall service was exceptional. The entire staff was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. A special thanks to Sanjay Singh Bais, the owner, for his wonderful hospitality. He personally ensured that we were comfortable throughout our stay, and his warm and welcoming nature made us feel at home. Thank you to the entire team of Hotel The Grand Tara for such a memorable experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent hospitality, comfort, and outstanding service.
