My extreme disappointment and frustration with the appalling service at your hotel. The experience was a nightmare from start to finish. We were charged a whopping ₹2500 without even being provided breakfast. The room size was average, but that's where the positives end. The bedsheet, towels, and pillow covers were filthy, and despite multiple requests to replace them with clean ones, the staff seemed utterly uninterested. It was as if they were simply exchanging one dirty sheet for another. The lack of basic hygiene is unacceptable. They were saying only these kind of sheets only available and we have to adjust with it. The basic thing as a kettle and cups were so dirty and we wont even feel to drink hot water from it Furthermore, the room wasn't even ready by 8 pm, which is ridiculous. The staff's attitude was unhelpful, and it seemed like they were just going through the motions. The parking situation is a joke, with space for only 2-3 cars, and that's shared with the SBI and restaurant patrons. The AC duct looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, and the broken switches and cupboards were patched up with temporary fixes. It's clear that no attention is paid to maintenance. The room isn't even worth ₹1200, let alone ₹2500. The traffic noise was unbearable, and I couldn't sleep due to the lack of soundproofing. I expect a much higher standard from a hotel, especially at this price point. Manager on Reception is very rude. Rooms were not clean and not ready at the time of check in. Way of talking of manager is not at all satisfactory behaved very rudely and unprofessional charged extra and were not helpful at all.
