Subject: Concern Regarding Delayed Car Delivery and Incomplete Accessories Installation. I recently purchased a car from Shri Kia Palasia, Indore showroom. At the time of purchase, the dealership assured me that the vehicle would be delivered within two days of full payment. I completed the payment on March 18th, and the promised delivery date was March 20th. However, the car was delivered on March 21st, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Furthermore, we arrived at the Ujjain RTO on March 20th at 12:00 PM, expecting the process to be completed as scheduled. Despite this, we had to wait until the next day, significantly disrupting our plans. My father is a farmer, and this is a crucial period for agricultural activities. Despite our time constraints, we had no choice but to comply with the delay. Additionally, we had received confirmation that the car would be delivered with all accessories installed. However, only the internal accessories were provided, and the vehicle was taken for RTO formalities without the complete installation. We were then asked to return later for the remaining accessories, which is not in line with the professional standards expected from an authorized dealership. This experience has been disappointing, and I urge other people to address these concerns to ensure better service for future customers.
