Samsung Service Center

Worst ever kabhi bhi ese call mt krnaa bht bakwas koi solution nhi milega or bina sune call cut kr degi yaha mt jana kbhi sabse khrb ever

I bought a new Samsung washing machine and there is water leakage issue and it’s under warranty but Samsung team not taking in warranty.

My Samsung M 20 display and battery backup and contact point related complaints is still not resolved till date please take strict action against the Divyanshi enterprise G 5 A shri vardhan complex G F 4 RNT marg indore mp. I am deeply disappointed with the Samsung Customer service and service also

When I tried to enquire abt the serices then they put the call on hold & didn't come back. Worst servie (Specially Employee).

I called to ask for a display repair. The call was picked up by someone in extreme attitude after declining it twice. They didnt even properly enquire about anything and straight away cut the call. I donot know how reliable this place is in terms of repair but i sure as hell would not reach out ever again.

यह कोई ऑथराइज्ड सर्विस सेंटर नहीं है नकली इंजीनियर घर पर आता है और यहां नकली पार्ट मशीन में लगा दिया जाता है और कुछ ही दिनों में पार्ट खराब हो जाता है और उसके बाद में यह लोग फोन नहीं उठाते हैं

Its not authorised service centre, I requested them 3 months before and still no engineer visit, still following up many times , but no service . And after reading other reviews , i am confirmed that its a fraud shop.

Horrible service, did not solve issue in 1st service, called 7-8 times after that yet no proper response, charging money for service still issue not solved DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE BUSINESS
