Bakwas.... We called for fridge issue. A Lady picked up the call and wrote complain for Tv... N then no one came to provide service. They don't even respond customer. Very bad.
Called them several times in last 3 days, but no response from service center, they record your complaint, but never solves that
good experience, but why do they want to keep my phone just for charger change. In this busy schedule nobody can work with out phone.
I called for my washing machine repair some lady with full attitude declined my call by giving giving rude reply.
They don't even listen the query and disconnects the phone. Pathetic service of Samsung.
