My experience with Unacademy Vijaynagar has been disappointing overall. I feel that the academic support provided to students who are not already performing at the top level could be improved significantly. In my experience, there has been a noticeable difference in the attention and support available to different students. Despite raising concerns about teaching quality multiple times, I did not see sufficient changes in the faculty or classroom experience. There were also instances where teachers appeared disengaged during class, which affected the learning environment. Another concern is the consistency of the teaching staff. Even after repeated complaints from students, the same teachers continued to take classes, and many students eventually had to depend on online educators for better understanding of the subjects. At the time of admission, we were given the impression that the faculty had an Allen background, which naturally created certain expectations regarding teaching quality. However, based on my personal experience, I did not find the classroom teaching to be comparable to the standard I had expected. Overall, I regret choosing this centre and would recommend prospective students and parents to attend a few classes, speak with current students, and evaluate the faculty and teaching quality carefully before taking admission.
