मैं विनोद कुशवाहा, मेरे रिश्तेदार राहुल मांडलोई का इलाज Kaiwalya Hospital में GBS बीमारी के लिए हुआ। हम अस्पताल की सेवाओं और यहाँ के डॉक्टरों से पूरी तरह संतुष्ट हैं। विशेष रूप से Dr Pravar Passi, Dr Arvind Kag और Dr Amit Vyas ने बहुत ही अच्छे तरीके से इलाज किया और मरीज की हर स्थिति को अच्छे से समझाकर हमारा मार्गदर्शन किया। सभी डॉक्टरों का व्यवहार बहुत अच्छा और सहयोगपूर्ण रहा। अस्पताल का नर्सिंग स्टाफ, साफ-सफाई और मरीजों की देखभाल बहुत बेहतरीन है। पूरे इलाज के दौरान हमें हर समय सहयोग मिला, जिससे हमें काफी भरोसा और संतोष महसूस हुआ। मैं Kaiwalya Hospital की पूरी टीम का दिल से धन्यवाद करता हूँ और अच्छे इलाज एवं बेहतर सेवाओं के लिए इस अस्पताल की सभी को सलाह देता हूँ। 🙏

मैं Kaiwalya Hospital के बारे में अपना अनुभव साझा करना चाहता हूँ। मरीज Arun को 24/04/2026 को head injury के कारण अस्पताल में भर्ती किया गया था। मरीज के दिमाग में खून के थक्के (blood clots) थे, जिससे हम सभी बहुत चिंतित थे। लेकिन Dr. Mukesh Sharma जी के कुशल मार्गदर्शन और उपचार की वजह से बिना किसी सर्जरी के ही केवल दवाइयों से मरीज पूरी तरह ठीक हो गया। यह हमारे लिए बहुत राहत की बात थी कि मरीज अब अच्छी स्थिति में डिस्चार्ज होकर घर जा रहा है। मरीज का पूरा इलाज PM Rahat Scheme के अंतर्गत किया गया, जिससे हमें आर्थिक रूप से भी बहुत सहायता मिली। हम Dr. Mukesh Sharma जी के बहुत आभारी हैं, जिन्होंने सही समय पर सही इलाज किया। अस्पताल का नर्सिंग स्टाफ भी बहुत सहयोगी और देखभाल करने वाला है। अस्पताल की साफ-सफाई और व्यवस्था भी बहुत अच्छी है। हमारा अनुभव बहुत अच्छा रहा और हम Kaiwalya Hospital को बेहतर इलाज और अच्छी सेवा के लिए जरूर recommend करते हैं।

"मेरे मरीज दिनेश बघेल को 24/01/2026 को रोड एक्सीडेंट हुआ था, जिसमें उनके सिर में गंभीर चोट आई थी। उन्हें 27/01/2026 को Kaiwalya Hospital में भर्ती किया गया। 28/01/2026 को डॉ. मुकेश शर्मा (न्यूरोसर्जन) सर द्वारा उनकी सफल सर्जरी की गई। सर्जरी के बाद मरीज की स्थिति में काफी सुधार हुआ है। अब मरीज पहले से काफी बेहतर हैं और ठीक तरीके से बात-चीत भी कर पा रहे हैं। अस्पताल की सुविधाएं और स्टाफ का व्यवहार बहुत अच्छा रहा। हम डॉ. मुकेश शर्मा सर और Kaiwalya Hospital की पूरी टीम का दिल से धन्यवाद करते हैं।"

I have visited this hospital for my sister's delivery. But i am not happy with the doctor Aparna Jain to support normal delivery. Her intention is only for the c-section surgery. Even knowing the situation is good for normal delivery still forcing family to go with C-section. Later we have stay on our decision for normal delivery and it was successful and no problem was there. So, my experience is not good with this hospital and with Dr Aparna Jain and staff. Decision for this hospital for delivery was wrong.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the treatment we received at Kaiwalya Hospital today. Despite having a confirmed appointment for a Biopsy scheduled yesterday, our experience today was nothing short of a nightmare due to the hospital's sheer negligence: Lack of Staff: Upon arrival, we were told that no technician was available, despite the prior booking. Unavailability of Equipment: After making us wait for over 2 hours, once a technician was finally arranged, we were shockingly informed that the hospital does not have a Biopsy Gun available. Unprofessional Behavior: To make matters worse, the behavior of the hospital management and the frontline staff was highly insensitive and rude. Instead of offering a solution or an apology for the delay and lack of equipment, the staff spoke to us in a very derogatory manner. It is deeply concerning that a multispeciality hospital operates with such a lack of basic medical tools and professional ethics. This mismanagement has caused us significant mental stress and delayed a critical medical procedure

मैं, Afsar Patel, अपनी मरीज Heena Patel के इलाज के लिए Kaiwalya Hospital आया था, जहाँ डॉ. मुकेश शर्मा जी द्वारा उनकी Craniotomy (brain surgery) की गई। शुरुआत में मरीज की स्थिति काफी गंभीर थी, लेकिन डॉक्टर साहब की कुशलता और सही उपचार के कारण आज उनकी हालत बहुत अच्छी है और वे तेजी से स्वस्थ हो रही हैं। डॉ. मुकेश शर्मा जी का व्यवहार बहुत ही अच्छा है और उन्होंने हर चीज़ हमें अच्छे से समझाई, जिससे हमें पूरा भरोसा मिला। अस्पताल की पूरी टीम बहुत सहयोगी और attentive है। Kaiwalya Hospital की साफ-सफाई, nursing care और सभी services बहुत ही बेहतरीन हैं। यहाँ हर मरीज का अच्छे से ध्यान रखा जाता है। मैं दिल से डॉक्टर साहब और पूरे अस्पताल स्टाफ का धन्यवाद करता हूँ और इस hospital को सभी को recommend करता हूँ।

I had my surgery at kaiwalya hospital.i had fibroids,so I underwent a laparoscopic (keyhole) hysterectomy to remove my uterus.by dr arpana jain ma'am .the surgery went very well ,and I am very satisfied with the treatment.
