मेरे पिताजी श्री शंकर पटेल का Total Knee Replacement ऑपरेशन Kaiwalya Hospital में किया गया और हमारा अनुभव बहुत ही अच्छा रहा। Dr. Arvind Kag बहुत ही अनुभवी, भरोसेमंद और patient-friendly डॉक्टर हैं। ऑपरेशन से पहले उन्होंने पूरी प्रक्रिया को सरल भाषा में समझाया और हर छोटी-बड़ी शंका का समाधान किया। ऑपरेशन सफल रहा और पिताजी अब पहले से काफी बेहतर चल पा रहे हैं। अस्पताल का वातावरण साफ-सुथरा है, नर्सिंग स्टाफ और सभी कर्मचारी बहुत सहयोगी हैं। ऑपरेशन के बाद की देखभाल, दवाइयाँ और physiotherapy guidance बहुत अच्छी मिली, जिससे recovery smooth रही। हम पूरे परिवार की तरफ से Kaiwalya Hospital और विशेष रूप से Dr. Arvind Kag का दिल से धन्यवाद करते हैं। Knee Replacement के लिए यह अस्पताल और डॉक्टर हम पूरी तरह recommend करते हैं।

There is absolutely no cleanliness there, and even the doctor’s setup and schedule are not managed properly. The nurses don’t know how to work correctly, and the pathology staff also don’t know how to collect samples properly. Proper management is urgently needed. I felt extremely dissatisfied after going there for my father’s check-up and investigations. It was a very horrible experience.

My experience at this hospital was absolutely unacceptable and extremely disappointing. The staff is completely unprofessional and clearly not trained on how to behave with patients and their families. Their attitude was rude, careless, and irresponsible. The doctor Aparna jain did not even bother to visit the admitted patient. This level of negligence is shocking and raises serious concerns about patient safety. The hospital premises were filthy and poorly maintained. Basic cleanliness and hygiene standards were clearly not being followed. Despite calling the staff multiple times, no one responded properly or took responsibility for patient care. The lack of attention and urgency is disgraceful. And now after discharge I am still routing to here and there to collect the birth certificate This kind of negligence and mismanagement is intolerable in a healthcare facility. I would not recommend anyone to choose this even as a last option
