Mene yaha se dress purchase kia 14 September ko inlogo ne bola 1 week me mil jaega apko than fir 1 week bad Inka call aya mam apka dress ready he jab me lene gyi to mera dress ready nhi tha than fir in logo ne bola ye deliver krvayenge or delivery charges bi yhi denge after that Wednesday inhone bola tha deliver krvane ka vo inhone nhi krvaya upr se continue call krne ke bad bi sahi information nhi di even rude bat kri jo bht unprofessional hai inka staff kam chor he bas ghumna janta hai or side look dena janta hai Kam Krna nhi janta itna zyada disappointment pehli bar mila he personally suggest krungi yaha se purchase mt kro agar apko stressful delivery chahiye to jao yaha Varna mat jao sab over priced he or ye log apko itna disappoint kr denge har chiz me chahiye vo delivery issue ho ya stitching issue ho sab worst he ap log agar aese showroom ko support krenge to age bi log aesehi pareshan honge jese me hui waste of money and time tooo and mental trauma

worst experience ever. Had done wedding shopping from a alot of showroom big and small but never ever experienced such a drama about alteration of dresses. They dont deliver what they say. They charge very high for dresses and not a single thread of alteration. And they also give us gyan about ki. falana tailor se apka lehenga thik karwa lo wo itne rupee mai kar dega.

Worst after sales services Will advise book your lehanga atleast 6 months before the wedding because they never give delivery on time. Pathetic service after sales. I have booked the lehanga a month before and not getting delivery of it after 45 days doing continuous followup

Extremely disappointing experience! I purchased a dress from this shop and they had promised to finish and deliver it within 6 days, but even after over 15 days, there was no proper response. I had to call them 10–15 times, and each time they only took bill details and never bothered to call back. On top of that, their representative speaks very rudely, showing zero professionalism or customer care. I paid the entire amount in advance, yet the service was full of excuses and attitude. Highly unprofessional staff and a completely frustrating experience — would never recommend this shop to anyone!

I wont recommend this shop to anything. Its a complete nightmare for me. I have purchased 3 lehengas for my wedding from them and they have just ruined everything. My bridal lehenga’s choli color is different than the whole lehenga. From last 1.5 months they can’t do proper alterations and other things. I have faced so many things which I cant even list it down here. They are highly unprofessional. Regretted spending soo much money here.

I purchased lehnga for my daughter who is a teen, they delivered lehnga in packet not even in proper case though it was very expensive. Job not done correctly though we gave the time for the fitting and they still gave us the trial dress which was too big for my daughter and very poor in quality- there were parts of details are missing even the embroidery was coming out with threads of the dress and pieces are falling apart. They are not trust worthy. Very very disappointed 😡
