Very unprofessional place, and the customer service is the worst. We bought like 6-7 lehenga and we are from pune and NONE of them were fitted to the proper size infact they were not altered at all And when we called them regarding this, instead of trying to resolve the issue, the person cut the call and when we called back multiple times, they didn't bother pick up and our numbers were blocked. We have a big family event coming and they kept the lehengas with them for 1 month with no work done in terms of alteration as well as finishing. This has caused us a huge inconvenience and loss in terms of money as well as time as we now have to look alternate solutions This shop is very untrustworthy for a customer who comes to shop at indore from out of the city. Because this shop is unable to resolve this issue, consider this as a notice that we are filing a complaint under Consumer Protection Act and giving all the proof there.

Awesome experience at Lagan Bridal. We were given ample time and range of choices with the range we wanted. They have matched great quality dresses with perfect price tags. Happy and satisfied.

Worst experience ever. Very poor customer management and pathetic service. Staff is rude, unprofessional, and not at all helpful. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Owner and staff have rude behavior. They don't give formal receipt on your purchase. And now they are creating problem in return of clothes even next day. They are so rude that they say go to police and we will see. And if you want, Lagan shop can give police number also. They said it to old age people. It felt very helpless and insulting.

I spent a total of ₹50k+ on multiple outfits, and the result was extremely disappointing. The stitching was terrible, with loose threads and poorly fitted outfits. Despite repeated attempts to communicate,the owner kept saying that it will be restiched but after almost one month of following up still they didn't even reopened my return outfits for fitting and the shop kept delaying the delivery of my order, and their after-sales service is the worst I’ve ever seen. They didn’t care about customer satisfaction and were completely unprofessional in handling the issues. If you're looking for quality and timely service, avoid this shop at all costs!
