Very bad service. Bus is late for 3.5 hours. They promised to reach pune by 9.00 Am and reached at 12:30 PM They are taking passengers from all the way. Never book this bus if you want to reach on time

Just imagine the worst service any bus transport company could provide — they are exactly that.

Indore to Pratapgarh Bus have no Light in the bus...Poori Bus hi Khatara Hai..Itna smoke Chhodti hai..Upr se Night travel without Light.. imagine a single Lady/girl Travelling... Upr se Time ke to Kya hi Kahne.Late..Thank God I was traveling along with my Husband..Akeli Ladki to sochkar hi Darr jaaye.. Already Itni Khali Jaa rhi h Bus ..ese hi rha to 5 passenger bhi ni jaayenge next time..

Bus Journey time se 2 hrs deri se pahuchi then raste me stop 2 liye wo bhi 10min. bus me seats comfortable nahi hai bahar se sirf bus achhi dikhti h andar se bed experience.

Buses are in good condition with good amenities. Although personally i found seats are a little bit short but overall it was okay. It was quite comfortable. Tip: dont book 2nd row seats as the whole window is blocked with their logo.

I experienced an extremely frustrating travel ordeal from Ujjain to Shirdi and back. On the outbound journey, despite booking front seats, I was assigned the last one in Indore, resulting in a sleepless night. The drivers were uncooperative. The return journey was marred by a one-hour delay in picking me up from Shirdi, causing me to reach Ujjain at 1 pm instead of 8 am. The company urgently needs to address these issues to prevent such dreadful experiences.

Definitely not recommending this bus service as the bus is too dirty , old and seats are extremely uncomfortable. Windows do not close properly, reclining seats don't work , charging slots don't work and the bus itself is too noisy. Pathetic service and total waste of money.

Very rude behavior of bus staff with passengers. Their buses don't have proper seat markings. One employee allots a random seat during boarding as he himself couldn't find the seat no. mentioned in the ticket. In the middle of the night another employee shamelessly wakes up the passenger and arrogantly asks to change the seat. Will never travel with this group anymore.

Disgusting. I was told to reach destination by 12 pm but then after seating in bus they told bus will reach by 4 pm. I had to drop and do a private taxi. Very rude behaviour of staff. Not safe for girls also.
