Yu toh badhiya thi par cabin band karna bahut bekaar hai aisa lagta hai box mein pack kardia bina kisi ventilation ke, just ac does not help plus ghabrahat bhi hoti hai gate band rakhne mein what if you get locked or something Overall very good service, aur haan I was travelling from Chittorgarh the scheduled time was 4.15am aur bus do din lagat 5:45am aur 6:45am aayi Which is very weird.

Bedsheets were not cleaned They should be changed every time as they are asking for money separately from each traveller

Although they take a few 100 bugs less than ptg grp bt dont fall in this trap... They r highly unprofessional, arrogant personalities(esp d indore m mds office) and superconfused btwn their diff office of indore, mds, ptg.. They cancel bus at last moment and then blame you.. No prior info given.. Heights of ideocity.. Ptg grp is best to travel from indore to ptg

Super comfortable and extremely timely ride. The driver and conductor were very polite. The rest stop was neat and tidy.

I booked volvo and they gave us normal ac bus and they refunded only 200 rupee the bus was very bad for the price i paid on calling them they didn’t respond to my call

यात्रा समीक्षा: अशोक ट्रैवल्स की लापरवाही और असुविधाएं अशोक ट्रैवल्स से यात्रा करना यानी जान जोखिम में डालना। मैंने दिनांक 10/03/25 को **शिर्डी से इंदौर** के लिए बस नंबर NL 07 B 6363 में सीट नंबर 13 पर सफर किया और यह अनुभव बेहद ही खराब रहा। बस का समय सारणी (टाइम टेबल) का कोई भरोसा नहीं है। बस में दिए गए स्लीपर बेड प्लाई से बने ऐसे बॉक्स जैसे थे कि लेटना तो दूर, चैन से बैठना भी मुश्किल था। सबसे बड़ी समस्या यह रही कि ड्राइवर और कंडक्टर ने एसी (AC) बंद कर दिया। इससे केवल गर्मी ही नहीं लगी, बल्कि बस के अंदर घुटनभी महसूस हो रही थी। जब मैंने इसकी शिकायत की तो कंडक्टर ने इसे नजरअंदाज कर दिया। मोबाइल चार्जर भी काम नहीं कर रहा था। बार-बार फोन करने के बावजूद कंडक्टर के कान पर जूं तक नहीं रेंगी। सुबह जब मैंने फिर से शिकायत की, तो कंडक्टर ने मेरी हंसी उड़ाते हुए ड्राइवर से कहा, अब एसी चालू नहीं करना।"ऐसी गैरजिम्मेदारी और लापरवाही से साफ है कि यात्री की सुविधा और सुरक्षा की कोई परवाह नहीं की जाती। अगर आप अपनी जान और सुविधा की परवाह करते हैं, तो इस बस को अपनी जिम्मेदारी पर ही चुनें। अशोक ट्रैवल्स को यात्रियों की असुविधा और उनकी सुरक्षा के प्रति अपनी नीति और सेवा में सुधार करने की सख्त जरूरत है।

Worst bus I have seen in my life They overloaded bus with parcels without worrying for passanger laguge And also the passage of walking in bus is also crowded by parcels Worst bus Please don't travel in this bus

I was constarined to travel to Neemuch in emergency the staff in the bus which starts from Indore in midnight 12 was not at all courteous they over charged me and inspite of having vacant single seat they did not provided me ....

Traveled in Ashok Travel bus. It was very, very good. But they have created a system to stop the food system. That is a very dirty hotel. This is a rubbish hotel, please change it.
