❌❌❌ Be alert!!! Extremely bad experience. 0/10 rating 1. They are calling Doctors from nearby clinics with no experience who give random advice. 2. The staff is highly unprofessional and rude. 3. For eye checkup they called random guy from nearest lens shop. 4. Misbehaved with senior citizens and rudely talked to them. 5. Will keep you waiting for hours and hours

The experience was great and smooth and staff was very helpful

I went through my company's health checkup and realised a big mistake choosing this specific centre. Previously i had good experiences with other Apollo centres. Highlights of bad experience - 1. Setup issues with TMT/PFT - both are in same room so any patient who has to go for PFT has to wait till all pending patient's TMT gets finished. It costed me 1.2 hours extra. 2. PFT - No doctor was available for PFT, the nurse conducted PFT without medicine for post medicine calculation. It resulted in wrong/incorrect graphs. 3. Incorrect HBa1C value - I am diabetic patient, and my hba1c value is mentioned 4.87, which when i objected and asked to double check is changed to 5.5 in 15 minutes. No reason is provided about why incorrect value was present and how it got changed. 4. Non professional attitude - The staff was highly unprofessional, and looked like they were not interested in person's health but only wanted to finish the formalities for health checkup. The counter representative has no idea about reports, timing of reports and process as well. I am highly dissatisfied this time, and felt my company's money got wasted here as PFT and Hba1c reports i felt are wrong and were just done to complete health checkup.

All good doctor and staff so cooperative

I don't recommend this place to anyone. Unprofessional staff. They disregard existing medical conditions and let patients suffers. Every staff member is not even reactive, let alone being proactive. The nursing staff does not read the file and ignores patients history just to move the file to next department. I took my Mother (age 64) for annual health checkup and was very disappointed. The only reason I chose this place was their association with my employer's health plan. In future I would choose to pay double someplace else instead of selecting Apollo Clinic.

Waiting time is more (minimum 2 to hours)

Overall experience with health scan is good.
