Just Traventure

We had booked a hotel through a just travanture, but without informing us, they changed the hotel booking. When we reached the original hotel location and unloaded all our luggage, only then were we told that our hotel had been changed. This caused a lot of inconvenience and confusion. After that, we had to move to another hotel. Only after we had already shifted did the travel advisor start giving other options, which made no sense. If alternatives were available, they should have informed us in advance. Also, the breakfast that was promised at the time of booking was not provided as committed. Very poor coordination and unprofessional behavior by the team. Ujjain Hotel: The hotel initially refused to provide breakfast. After a long conversation, they finally agreed to give it. Indore Hotel: At around 8:00 AM, while we were still sleeping, the doorbell rang. When we opened the door, the staff was standing there with breakfast. We were surprised because we had not even informed them that we were awake or ready. When I asked why they brought breakfast without confirmation, they said it was complimentary. Honestly, I found it strange because our child was still sleeping and we were not even fresh. We had not ordered anything. At the time of checkout, they started asking for money for the breakfast. We had to explain again that they themselves said it was complimentary. They even asked for payment for baby milk, which was completely unacceptable. Overall, it was the worst experience — very poor communication and unprofessional behavior.

The group managed our trip very well and catered to our specific needs from hotel bookings to cabs. Highly Recommended.

Just traventure Mr Rajat and team Well-Organized & Hassle-Free Ujjain Mahakal Trip! "I recently booked my Ujjain Mahakaleshwar trip through [just traventure], and I must say it was a well-planned and seamless experience. From the start, the team provided clear guidance on the itinerary, darshan timings, and necessary bookings. The Bhasma Aarti reservation was handled smoothly, saving us the hassle of last-minute arrangements. The transportation was comfortable, and the driver was well-versed with the temple routes and nearby attractions like Kal Bhairav Temple, Mahakaleshwar jyotirlinga, Omkareshwar jyotirlinga and Ram Ghat . Hotel arrangements were also satisfactory, with a clean and comfortable stay close to the temple. Overall, the trip was spiritually fulfilling, and the agency ensured a stress-free experience. I would highly recommend [just traventure] for anyone planning a pilgrimage to Ujjain or if you want to visit the 12 jyotirlinga Mr Rajat and his team is available to help you out . Looking forward to book with them again!"
