Our 2-day tour experience was very poor. The planning was improper, schedules were not followed, and the promised services were not delivered. There was a lack of coordination and responsibility from the travel agency. Overall, the service was not worth the money, and we would not recommend this agency.

They were very responsive to my requests, planning my itinerary in the way I prefer to travel taking extra care of my needs like great vegetarian food being available for my Thailand trip and helping me get a self drive car for the kasol trip.
