We went on Sunday evening. There was a short wait of 5 mins. The ambience of the place was very nice and the live music was also good. The food was well prepared and tasted well. We had pizza (my son liked very much), chaat, non-veg starters (very nicely prepared), non-veg main course (didnt like that much). The service was quite slow. While we ordered our appetizers and main course together, it took them more than 30 mins to serve us main course after serving us appetizers. At one point once our appetizers were finished, our server came to ask us if we need anything else. We told him that we have already ordered main course which has not arrived - indicating that they probably missed or forgot our main course order. After this interaction they took another 10-15 mins to get out our main course. The evening was busy and the staff looked rather inadequate. We had to search around for sometime everytime we wanted something. Visited Lazeez Affaire with high expectations. The ambiance and presentation were definitely on point – classy interiors and well-plated dishes. However, when it came to taste, it just didn’t hit the mark for me. Drinks: Mango Mint Cooler (3/5): Looked good but didn’t deliver on taste Dishes I Tried: Tandoori Broccoli (3/5): Decent texture and presentation, but the flavor was average, Pineapples added a flavorful twist. Jalapeno Corn Cheese Cigar Roll (5/5): Absolutely delicious – crispy, cheesy, and full of flavor. Crispy Vegetable Dumpling (2/5): Bland for my taste. Banarasi Dum Aloo (2/5): Didn’t stand out. Roomali Roti (1/5): Very chewy, tasted like plain maida – not enjoyable. Garlic Naan (5/5): Soft, perfectly garlicky. The flavors felt a bit underwhelming for the price point. Maybe I’ll give it another shot sometime and try different dishes. Wouldn’t call it value for money based on this experience. Went here with my family for lunch and had a fantastic experience. The ambience was amazing — warm, inviting, and perfect for a relaxed meal. Service was quick and attentive, and the food felt incredibly fresh and up to the mark. Everything was served hot, just the way it should be. I asked for a custom cocktail, and it was made exactly how I wanted — absolutely perfect! We ended the meal with their tiramisu, and it was delicious. Highly recommend this place! Visited Lazeez on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised to get a table without any waiting time, which was a good start. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, setting the tone for what we hoped would be a great dining experience. We ordered a mix of veg and non-veg starters – Chicken Tikka, Dumplings, Cheese Cigar Rolls, and Lotus Stem – and every single dish was cooked to perfection. The flavors were rich, and the presentation was appealing. The highlight of our meal was the Chicken Makhani in the main course – creamy, succulent, and absolutely delicious. However, the experience was dampened by a few serious concerns. The staff, though polite, clearly need better training in hygiene and personal grooming. Unfortunately, both the male and female servers had an unpleasant body odor due to sweaty clothes, which was difficult to ignore and quite off-putting during the meal. I felt compelled to bring it to the manager’s attention. The table we were allotted was also quite cramped, which made the dining experience feel a bit uncomfortable. Another unusual and rather petty policy was that vinegar onions were only complimentary for the first serving, and chargeable thereafter – something I've never encountered at any similar establishment. Overall, while the food was exceptional and the ambiance enjoyable, the service and hygiene standards need serious improvement. I genuinely hope the management takes this feedback constructively, as Lazeez has the potential to be a fantastic dining spot with just a few improvements in staff training and customer comfort. We ordered both veg and non-veg food, and everything tasted really good—the flavors were excellent 😋. The quantity and portion sizes were sufficient for two people 🍽️. The drinks were also very flavorful 🥤. It’s a nice family restaurant 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦. However, if a 7% service charge is being applied, it should ideally reflect in the staff’s interaction with guests, as the staff seemed quite reserved and not very engaging. Visited this restaurant today with my family and had a really good experience. The main host standing at the entrance was extremely polite, professional, and welcoming. Even though tables were not available at that moment, she still managed everything so smoothly and arranged a table for us. Her behaviour and hospitality genuinely made our visit better. The service was polite, but the staff seemed a bit confused at times. The non-vegetarian food was good, but the vegetarian dishes were disappointing in both quality and portion size. Considering the high prices, the overall experience didn’t offer good value for money. I hope they improve the consistency and especially their vegetarian menu.
