It was a very good experience while interacting with Sterling team here at Indore . After taking membership I am very happy and my first trip to Mount Abu was awesome . Some xorrections need to be done like , breakfast has to be complimentary. Common communication to be done while any call comes to customer from Sterling team .

Our honeymoon trip was planned for 6 days in Ooty with Sterling. I would like to thank Ajay and Jaskaran for booking such nice rooms for us in two different properties. Both properties location was beautiful. We really enjoyed the floral and natural beauty from there. The hospitality & food was good at Sterling. Overall it was an amazing experience.... 👍

I wish to share my experience that approx 5 yrs back I had given down payment for Mahindra Holidays and on the very next day I got a call from a person who is representing Sterling Holidays. Firstly I think let me drill down this person and understand more about the concept and difference between Sterling and Mahindra. Interesting part of this call is that the person whom I was talking is based in Del and I was in Chandigarh, I am sure that by no way he can come down out of his territory for selling the package, I took a lengthy session and during this I realize that unknowingly I have been trapped and have made a wrong decision by opting Mahindra Holidays. Now the interesting part of our conversion is that I have not told this person that I have already paid for Mahindra Holidays. I still remember that night it is now 12 mid night and this person is still selling his product. During the call I told him that I have to go for a business meeting day after tomorrow and will be back in 15 days’ time, and I asked him if he can come and meet me tomorrow morning for any further discussion. Internally I am confident that it is already 12 mid night and just for a meeting no one can come to Chandigarh from Del. Guess what this person agreed to meet me at my house on a very next day and I have no option left now I have to say OK. This is just because of his dedication and sales centric approach I have changed my mind and bought Sterling Holidays and have raised a refund request for the Mahindra Holidays. I am pleased to share the name of this person Mr. Jaskaran. He is a real asset to a company and a dedicated resource, I wish him all the very best in all his assignments. Till now I have visited many properties of Sterling and Darjeeling, Mussoorie, Goa are one of the best properties I visited till now. Most important I found the staff of all the resorts and well trained.

I had taken membership in 2019 from Indore branch .now I planned my 1st vacation with sterling in Goa , Mr jaskaran and vikash had planned all the things , Resort is awesome and the staff of the resort is friendly, enjoyed many activities in resort. Thanks jaskaran and vikash to make my holiday awesome.

My interaction was with Jaskaran Sharma. He was very kind and patient in explaining me everything about the membership in detail. They are approachable and helpful. I definitely recommend sterling membership and it's perks are fruitful. It's a fulfilling experience. Thank you :)

I became Sterling member last year and Mr. Vikas Singh Chauhan guided me through the whole process. He is very helpful in clearing all your queries and doubts. He is always just a phone call away to help you out in managing your holidays or for suggestions. I visited Sterling Puri last year and Mr. Jaskaran Sharma's hospitality was very good. My whole family enjoyed the stay.
