I have had membership for the last 5 years. I have had a very bad experience in all these years. No one should take their membership and these people only ask for money from you. There are many hidden charges. It is a request to all that no one should waste their money please. You get trapped by paying money in bulk And it doesn't even get returned.😡😡😡

Such a pathetic service provider. DO NOT buy this service...DO NOT. We are trying to book our vacation since August but they are not booking anything. They asked me to upgrade the membership, after paying 50% of the upgradation amount..still I have no bookings and the flight rates are twice now. They will Fool you and not provide any services.

Apropos Ajay Patidar and Jaskaran Sharma - Good service and different holidaying experience. Properties have a divergent opulent comfort and companionship. Food is pretty decent, regular multicuisine but the cost is on a little higher side. P.S. Book your accommodation in advance along with allotment of the room/facility.

Seamless onboarding by Mr.Ajay Patidar in just a couple of days time. He has been very helpful in understanding our requirement and ensuring the upcoming holiday in such a short notice is well taken care of. He made our stay at Sterling Ooty Elk so memorable. We never had to call him for any issue but he was always available to sort out any problem with our stay. Thank you Ajay. It had been a wonderful interaction with you over the last few days on getting us onboarded and making our holiday memorable.

Ideally it should be no star, but because google doesn't allow, I am giving 1 star. I have booked it for my brother. Got a confirmation and my outstanding balance no of days got deducted as well. Now some time later, they sent an email that they have cancelled the booking because guest bookings are not allowed. This is absolutely ridiculous with no professionalism at all. Who is responsible for all the other bookings which were done on the basis of the earlier confirmation. This is the worst experience, I have ever had with any bookings.

Sterling Rocks!!! Ooty & Wayanad We really enjoyed our stay at sterling Resorts, nestled among the beautiful Nilgiris. The weather was just excellent & we enjoyed our visit to famous Tea Gardens , wayanad wild life & natural peace at resorts. The staff at the Resort was very courteous & helpful & made our stay a memorable one. The food is excellent, delicious and tasty ...highly recommended. Thanks to Indore team of sterling and specially thanks Mr, Raghuveer ji who has made and guided our tour plan, such a humble person who is always ready to help during the tour. I will definitely recommend sterling holidays.

I have taken Sterling Membership in 2017 and after that I have travelled to Goa, Nainital, Jim Corbett, Masoorie, Kanha, Ooty, Yercaud, Waynad & Kanha. All Resorts are good. Food is always the best part of Sterling. Good after sales support from Mr. Vikas Singh Chouhan and Mr. Jaskaran Sharma. Recommended.

Hi I am Sterling Holidays member, and posting my review about my experience. Don't ever buy any Sterling membership. These people doesn't serve post sales, once you engage with them they will taken for granted, they showcase premium luxury at the time of sales and commite to serve luxury for 25 years but after purchase client only get harrasment. These guys are unprofessional, i have a pathetic experience recently in SEPTEMBER 2021. This is my first experience since bought membership in 2018. I am excited for my vacation But my experience converted in to harrasment. And after that when I raise complaint no responsible person is there to accept their fault even i said that I have evidences. And now it's time to expose these guys on all social platforms that these people don't care about their clients once they enroll and got full payment from clients. Adding to my review again on 04.01.2022 Say NO NO NO NO NO to Sterling holidays. Even now, after sharing my experience a few days back they serve nothing more than apology. Because they only has apology to serve to their clients on name of luxury & quality experience (which they committed at the time of sales). Now I will make sure that in indore whenever I noticed of any promotional event of sterling holidays i will share my real experience and negative ratings every single time.

I joined Sterling membership 2 yrs back and very happy with the services at the resorts I stayed . Food and services were good. Special mention here for the Indore office specially Mr Jaskaran Sharma and Miss Ritu Singh who helped me for my bookings done at very last moments and arranged all the rooms at busy schedules Thanks

One of the best holiday I ever had. It was amazing and best food I ever had . Amazing priority services by the chef. Staff was very cooperative and most important the sales person who booked our holiday for 8 persons without any difficulty at the time of rush.
