Very bad experience with this travelers bus...its too late to pick up and also too late to drop.. almost 2-3 hours late.... I wana suggest to all do not book this bus service..thank guy's 🙏 …
Deep Travels (Bhopal to Ahmedabad) – Bahut hi kharab experience. Aaj Bhopal se Ahmedabad travel kar raha hoon aur mera experience bahut hi disappointing raha. Driver ka behavior bahut hi rude aur unprofessional tha. Baat karne ki bilkul tameez nahi thi. Driver ne mera luggage bus ke dicky (luggage compartment) mein rakhne se mana kar diya, jiski wajah se mujhe poora safar apna bag seat par lekar baithna pad raha hai. Bus ki seats bahut gandi aur badbu se bhari hui hain. Barish ka paani bus ki roof se leak hokar seedha seats par aa raha hai, jiski wajah se seats geeli ho gayi hain. Jab maine Deep Travels customer support se complaint ki, to unhone madad karne ke bajay sirf itna kaha ki "Aap utar jao, dusri bus arrange nahi hogi." Itna kharab customer service aur maintenance maine pehle kabhi nahi dekha. Staff bhi bilkul cooperative nahi hai. Main kisi ko bhi Deep Travels se travel karne ki salah nahi dunga. Passenger ki safety, comfort aur service ki inhe bilkul parwah nahi hai.
