Deep travels

They don’t deserve a review, the deserve destructive criticism. They aren’t bus service company, they are courier company. The journey was delayed by more than 5 hours. Never book a bus travel with them. @Google Why the * i have to give 1 star to post the review.

Got the worst experience ever of traveling with this travel agency. Travelled from Indore to Surat. The bus quality was very low. Could not close AC vent. And on top of that they stopped at Vadodara, shifted Surat travellers in another random non AC bus, which was completely filled with dust.. my overall journey was delayed by 5 hours...

Never ever travel in this bus. Extremely poor quality. Unhygienic too. Totally cheating the public. It's like I'm travelling in a city bus. Poor suspension. Curtains torn. Charging points not working. Driver and his helper and assistant were very rude to each and every one.

The bus got late 3.5 hour's. Staff is not givingthe perfect time. Thay just don't pick up the call. When got in touch they only said 30 minutes 30 minutes kar ke 3.5 ghante anad express highway pr khada rakha jahan naa koi bethne ki vyavastha na hi sar ke uper chhat is bich barish bhi hui fir bhi bus to pure 3.5 ghante late hui. The blanket smelling too bad. The price is too high. And the bus is too slow it takes 12 hours to reach indore just 350 km. The worst bus experience ever never getting back to deep travels in my life time. Bus no. GJ18AZ9030 Amd to Bhopal Or inko 350 km ke 1400 chahiye...

Zero review. Very pathetic and unprofessional behavior of staff and management. No one pics up the phone when we call. No tracking of bus and driver. Bus got stuck in middle of nowhere. Driver and the supporting staff don't have clue by when the next supportive bus will come. Price of the tickets are double then the normal. Not suggestable to travel through Deep travels.

Bus AC not working, bus is no even clean. Staff is saying that at back set AC cooling is not proper in this bus. They are talking rudely

Very bad experience with this travelers bus...its too late to pick up and also too late to drop.. almost 2-3 hours late
