H.K Travel indore

The worst, absolutely the worst – dishonest people ruined my trip. They have no respect for time. Please do not book based on the online timings – I booked this one instead of another at the same price because of the timing, but they are unreliable, and the management is terrible. They changed my seat without informing me, and the maintenance is also poor.

Suggestion for those who are travelling from Junagadh to Indore.. Agar aapme patience he to hi is bus me bathiyega.. junagarh se rajkot aane ke baad inka 2 2.5 hrs ka halt hota he.. parcels load karte he bus ke upar andar jaha jagah mile.. 0/5 for Cleanliness .. badboodar or gande parde.. seat utni hi dhool se sani hui 0/5 for charging sockets.. bus ka ek bhi charging socket kaam nhi kr raha tha.. Ek baat samajh me aa gai.. inka main business sawari nahi he.. sirf samaan transport ka he.. bus to ek bahana he.. Or ye review mai bus me baith kr hi de raha hu..

Koi bhi ticket book nahi karvana bahut kharab service hai bhed bakri ki tarah logo ko bithate hai mene photo video sab dal diya hai staff bhi kitana battamizi kar raha hai koi sefty nahi hai

Very disappointing journey. The bus took almost 3.5–4 hours longer than expected to reach the destination. The staff's behavior was also unprofessional and not helpful. The charging point was not working, and even though it was a non-AC bus, the windows could not be opened, making the journey very uncomfortable. On top of that, the bus kept stopping every few minutes without any proper explanation, causing unnecessary delays. Overall, a very poor travel experience. I would not recommend this service unless these issues are addressed.
