H.K Travel indore

I am travelling from H K travels for more then 2 years and yesterday night Khalsa college operate behave with me wrongly and denied to travel my 8 year old son with me after requesting he charged me and without giving seat he allow me to travel his behaviour was not good and said this is my mama’s office and taking like he is the owner of bus. With request to all of you who is reading this review please don’t book seat from them you can choose a better option as I was a regular customer of them and they behave me like this then they can do anything Please beware

Recently traveled from Indore to Ahmedabad. The was just delayed by 1 hour only due to alcohol. Both the drivers and the conductor Were drunk. According to local customers who were sleeping on the pathway theywere7 them, the bus took time to load 12 peti alcohol. They stopped only 3 times 1st drivers exchanged 2nd only the driver went out maybe for Looe, 3rd at the near Godhra checkpoint. The search officer was 3 and they checked the passenger's handbag rather than the language compartment where they kept the alcohol boxes. Maybe the owners or drivers are doing this regular exercise of bringing alcohol to Ahmedabad. The drivers were too reluctant that if anything happened they bhai will short out. Now this bhai guy is may be the owner. But it's a good activity. The travel name is already spoiled so at least they do this activity and earn some money.

Very bad busy , wahiyat ...... Kisi ko kuch pata na he .. no conductor here, ap apna station khud hi dhyan dena padega .. Varna kisi ko kuch padi nai he ... Wo apko next station le jayege ... .... dont go to this bus company .... No safe bus ..., rude staff.. bad comments on girls ...also happening... Really such bad company..... Bandh kar dena chahiye aesi company ko , cheap bus ... company

WE HAVE PAID 1300 RS PER PERSON FOR Ac Indore to ahmd firstly bus was 2 hours late. and they are using it as local bus letting people in without tickets no service Ac is not working properly seats are dirty and the the official in the bus is not answering properly. Never travelling again worst bus travels

Worst staff, bus service and they cancelled my ticket without asking OR confirming

Very poor service, third class staff support and very bad behaviour and bad attitude of bus driver and attender..they used abusing words in the front of ladies to each other.. Government should take action against this type of bus service.

Very disrespectful staff and worst bus service. Bus cancelled without information and no seat confirmation and arrangements. Please do not book this one in future.

Bus was good (Viramgam (GJ) to Indore (MP) Travel on 07-09-2025.) but i gave only 3 star because its late by 1:30 hours at my pickup point and drop to my location its about 2 Hours late. like a roadways bus pick & drop passenger from every location not like a private travels bus. Please improve this service. Talk about amenities reading light, charging socket not working.

They promise the world but deliver nothing but disappointment and rudeness. I booked a ticket expecting a comfortable journey, but the seats were a joke - cramped and dirty. But that's just the tip of the iceberg. The hospitality was non-existent, and the staff's conduct was downright rude. The person in charge seemed to have no idea about people management, treating passengers like they're invisible. When I tried to raise concerns, I was met with attitude and dismissal. If you value your sanity and comfort, *DO NOT BOOK HK Travels*, especially if you're traveling from Indore. There are far better options out there. Learn from my mistake and save yourself the trouble. 🙅‍♂️
