MP Holidays

My husband booked a MP tour through MP holidays- terrible and disgusting The driver assigned to us did not know the roads and asked us how to get to the destination and moaned at us. Next the hotel at Raipur was horrible. Room assigned to us was not worth staying as AC not working and tv not working. MP holidays did not take us to Bandhavgarh but forced us to go to Kanha resort which belonged to them. There is no Wi-Fi in room We have to go to reception for Wi-Fi and that too at night/ they switched off the lights so I had to come in total darkness to the reception. Initially they said we will get Wi-Fi in an hour but this never materialised. There are bugs on the room. There is a dog who poor fellow is not looked after either. Being an animal lover it was terrible to see him in that condition . For breakfast they did not have fruits or oats so I had to eat dry chapatis with cucumber . Had requested for morning tea at 7 . Then had to call at 7.10 and reminded tea should be without sugar. But guess what tea was full of sugar and it came after a long wait. TV doesn’t work Properly. Asked them when is our safari as we have pre booked it but nobody could tell us much information. Only good place to stay was in Amarkantak holiday home but this belonged to MP tourism so staff was friendly. I will not recommend MP HOLIDAYSto anyone because service is pathetic starting from the word go . Further we were to visit Kanha National park. I We kept reminding them from the moment we were there. But only after 3 pm they booked the jeep for us and we hardly got any time at the Park despite paying so much to the tour operator. We did not get to see tigers. The tour operators did not even explain anything to us. We could have gone on night safari had the hotel staff or tour operators explained to us Terrible

Staff are very good and helpful. Room is also big with AC. The hotel was very nice and at a good location. As we discussed by miss preeti, she is very good travel agent and good behaviour and she khows according our chat what we want and she provide same. thank for MP Holidays.....

Our senior citizens special tour programme was very pleasant. Tour Manager Mr. Hitesh Upadhyay was very enthusiastic and cooprative. All the services provided were very nice and decent. We all enjoyed the tour. In future we will prefer your organization.

We booked our Indore Ujjain Trip with Mr Hari Shankar . He is a very gentle and courteous person. He arranged good vehicle and nice hotels. The driver Ravi was also very nice . Overall we had a good experience with MP Holidays.

Such a wonderful experience.... beautiful place with soothing mountain view covered with blanket of rains!! Hotel was good along with good services provided by hotel staff. Last not the least our group coordinator was very friendly in nature and supportive throughout the whole trip. I had an amazing experience.

Had a wonderful trip to Kanha National Park during 14 to 18 October 2023. It was well arranged with stay at MPT Mukki lodge along with safari bookings and pickup/drop from Nagpur airport via cab. The travel agent was quite helpful to accommodate our requests. We did 4 safaris - one in the Kanha zone and 3 in Mukki zone. We were lucky to have wonderful tiger sighting during all 4 safaris Thanks MP Holidays for the wonderful arrangement.

Mr Hari of M P Holidays had a very polite and helpful nature and arranged our stay unforgettable in Ujjain and Indore. We are happy with there services.
