If I can give a zero, I would. Ten of us mostly from Australia, booked 11 days trip. We paid close to Rupees 30,000 extra for 17 seater air conditioned vehicle instead of 12 seater which this agency was offering. We also insisted that we need clean comfortable hotels, minimum four stars. We clearly told the agent that we do not want government run hotels ( our past experience with Indian tourism run hotels). When we landed in Gwalior , our “ luxury vehicle “ was 17 seater rust bucket Mark1.0. The ac was not working . Thanks. The hotel bathroom was stinking. After complaining to the agent and a lot of arguments, we were promised a better vehicle for our long trip in Madhya Pradesh. The next day, rust bucket Mark 2.0 arrived, dirty inside and out with a non working air conditioner to boot. We struggled all the way in this pigsty to Orchha and on further complaints, a 12 seater was arranged by the agent. This vehicle was just tolerable and the inside space was a premium with all our luggage. When we demanded the agent that he should return the extra money that we have paid for a larger vehicle, he became indignant and he started shouting and abusing us on the phone. He eventually returned only HALF the extra money that we had paid. The Government run hotels that he had booked, in spite of clear instructions not to, were dirty with soiled bedsheets and pillows. Cold bucket baths were the norm. In Maheshwari, to top it all , there were huge large ants roaming in our bedrooms. The bathrooms were full of crawling ants and one had to sit cautiously on the toilet with these army of creepy crawlies dancing around on the floor at your feet. We have been travelling around the world including India for the last ten years. Without a doubt, MP HOLIDAYS is the worst agency we have to deal with . The agent Vinod Maheshwari was rude and crude. DO NOT TOUCH THIS AGENCY WITH A BARGE POLE FOR YOUR HOLIDAYS.

Amazing trip and all facilities five star

Pachmarhi Trip was short & sweet with loads of memories. Special thanks to Ms.Vrati Sharma (trip co-ordinator) as she made the trip comfortable and enjoyable. The stay and hospitality at Chunmun Cottage was amazing.

Excellent stay and good food

it was a great experience and mr Harishankarji planned my trip beautifully and the stay was very good. in hired car for 3 days and rates were very reasonable and driver mr jain was really good. Advise do book mp holidays and enjoy.
