Worst service centre ever. Never buy Motorola Phone in Indore. There is only one authorised centre in Indore(this one only). It took 25 min to reach the counter (cause there are 2 lazy ladies sitting on the counter) . Out of 5 counters only 2 are working. Now coming to my phone prob , My phone was having ghost touch prob. Instead of looking into it they directly told me to change the display (which costs 4200 Rs). When I went outside to other service centre they opened the display and found touch connector issue ( which costed 1100 Rs only). Motorola , I will never buy your phones again.

They don't deserve a single star for review ....worst services are offered here..actually no services offered .. the lady on the reception who gives the token is very less qualified and doesn't know how to deal with people and talk to them ..moreover without looking at the phone and the issue she directly tells the customer the amount to be paid as if she is the technician. In short the management has to be changed so that customers can get a good experience after visiting the service center .

Don't go there, i get the worst experience of mobile repair, i visited 4 times to get my mobile back. I went there for change my mobile's charging socket but they damage my phone's speaker,and charge me for a new one,. And one of it's employe threatened me if we damage user phone's display then what you do, you can't do anything, that's why i have to pay for speaker too. ••Employees have very bad behaviour. •They are frude •if you go there check your phone every part and also show him

This is not authorized service center as it was. They are making fool. They will charge you and will give your phone as it is and also they will not provide the bill. My nokia phone mic was not working so the person their changed the whole board instead of mic by saying " mic change karne se nh hoga aap pura board change karwa lijie aage bilkl bh problem nh jaegi". Then he denies to pay the bill but somehow I manage to take bill from him. After that mic worked hardly one week then same problem came. Please be careful don't go gayatri incorporation. They are fraud.

Service was good and i liked it but at the time of consulting about my device the person sitting there was trying to misguide me into buying unnecessary stuff .so be careful and thoughtful about it and have some basic knowledge. don't be fooled. Edit: also i wanted to have new battery in my phone so i went to them and I purchased new one for 1050 rs but they put some old battery from their side instead of new one which drained quickly . So i went back to them second time and then they changed it to new . This is hard earned money of people and you people do scams even on orignal service centre. Why? Also people don't have time to come over and over to you guys .have some morality.

This is a good place for all types of mobile repair and offline cashify store which gives a good value of your used mobile.

They are official service partners for Philips and wonderchef company. Even lenovo mobile phone service is also offered by them. All the staff are very helpful and are always working on dotted process line asking for warranty card and bill details easing process of repair/replacement.

Jhuth bolte hain. DONT GO TO THESE CHEATS. They are NOT authorised service center for Lenovo/Moto. They put used second hand battery in my phone as replacement battery. Gave bill which did not say the brand of battery and said there is NO Warranty of battery. Which "authorized service center" provides spare without warranty??
