This is not nokia care, not even motorola, lenevo. Fraud shop. Duplicate parts used by them. They abuse customers. Owner having lot of attitude and ego problem. Negative Professionalism

Yes, do not deserve even a 1. Not saying anything about Nokia.. but this kind of customer attender are destroying the image of Nokia. Very bad experience with Gayatri's Nokia care incharge/attender. He did not accept his fault and his way of handling the issue was like.. he was so eager to collect the job sheet signed by me.. in mid of conversation even once he was so aggressive in snatching the signed sheet that if I wldnt tell him.. the jobsheet could rip apart. I was like... OMG why he is snatching? I felt very low..as I did not expect this kind of behavior atleast with Nokia attender...and all for delivery sign on a job sheet. It was approximately an hour long conversation with him but here is the concrete feedback..I just want to say if this is the way you behave with Nokia customers plz don't destroy the image of Nokia. I felt like I made mistake approaching this Nokia care center. Wasted my time..and of many others who were waiting.

One star just because it wont save my comment. Pathetic service and response. Service center attendants are busy in PUBG, tiktok and their personal chats. Nice Phones but pathetic service. Once again Nokia's associates are going to doom it all.

Went for my nokia6.1plus charging port issue.... They said it damaged we won't take it in warranty. Agar Sahi chalta toh waha kyou jate. Then asking for 1500 bucks to repair it. Although it is known manufacturing defect in this model and everyone is facing it. Nokia should make someone else as its service care center

Gayatri Incorporation is the only Authorized Service Centre for Motorola & Lenovo Mobile phones in Indore. Recently visited this store for replacement of battery of my Lenovo mobile phone. Overall experience was good - battery was replaced in 50 mins. Store takes payment after completion of job and accepts Paytm, Credit Card etc. Misses: Shop doesn't pick landline regularly and when picked the response over phone is generally poor. In my case, for battery had to escalate to Lenovo India who intervened and got battery arranged.

I think they are sham. Moto claims to have no authorised service centre in Indore. These guys claim they are authorised. I doubt they are. They need the phone backed up even if your charger has a problem. Are these cheaters selling data like Cambridge Analytica?!?!?!?!? I wish this place gets vandalised and then gets shut down forever. Not even worth for 1 star, had to tap 1 star without which posting the review was not possible.

The technicians are totally un-skilled. This service center is nothing but a bunch of crooks. They weren't able to even format my phone and took the whole money, and I had to spend more money to get it formatted from some other shop in JailRoad. Worst experience.

They even don't deserve a star. It is fake authorized service centre. My moto g4 plus got a battery problem, then they suggested me to change the battery. So I agreed if it is changed with original battery . Then instead of using original battery they replaced my battery with third party battery. Now they are saying it is not our responsibility.

First of all they told me wait our portal is not working then after his portal is working they said it will take 20 to 25 mins to open the phone and we are closing now. I didn't understand what is the process to submit the dead phone in warranty handset to nokia care. If there is portal way then this has to be done after there portal is working or they firstly open the handset and check physically if there is water damage etc, then it has to firstly checked by service personnel. I am really disappointed by the comments by your employee's. Negative Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
