Burger King

I hardly write negative reviews, but this was the worst experience ever. Understaffed venture from Burger King. A person would go to a franchise joint to not only have taste but Hygiene. The person who took my order, wore no gloves and prepared fries, the frozen fries were taken out of packet from hands, hands were used to mix salt and then pack it in the fries box. He was the same person who prepared my burger. This person did not wear gloves or washed his hand at any point of time. More on the suffering, the disply was showing my order is ready to pick. When I went to the desk I stood for 20 min to get my order and look at the unhygienic preperations. This is the worst Burger King joint I have evern visited accross countries now. That's the reason why we have 15+ McDonald's in the city, while only 1 burger king that too in shambles. Burger King offers a solid burger experience with its well-known flame-grilled taste. The burgers generally deliver good flavor and are satisfying. However, be prepared for longer wait times than expected, especially during peak hours. Overall, it's a decent choice if you’re craving a classic burger, but the wait might test your patience. Very bad behaviour, from the staff on the counter, there must be trained staff to welcome the customer with some smiley faces, however or whatever the reason is. I would never recommend some to visit this place when they have such an arrogant staffs. Even the card swaping machines were not working, they were behaving like they were working in SBI branches. I am a frequent customer of BK, visited many city's outlets during my travel, unfortunately this outlet disappointed me with poor service. If you buy ice cream carefully check what they are delivering Maybe the cone will be empty, they served us like this i complained but no correction from their end. It's prepaid so you don't have any other option. I am writing but company will not going to conclude this matter positively only ignoring strategy will be i will get a reply publicly that please share your issues on this email. Fast food, they said. Regret going to BK in Phoenix. The staff couldn’t care less as to what happens to the queue. The manager was too busy on the phone to even notice what went wrong. While the food is good (previous experience), the conduct of the folks manning the outlet is appallingly pathetic. Could not get to order even after 10 minutes of waiting - so much for the fast food. Decided to walk away. Order type Dine in Meal type Other Price per person ₹1–200 Service: 1
