Burger King

The staff has been trained not to offer burgers without meal despite it i there in the menu. Pathetic! I ordered a burger and the person on the counter declined to give the burger alone. He said I need to buy a meal. Order type Dine in Meal type Dinner

Worst taste and worst service. Not value for money. Going to eat burger in pheonix citadel at Burger King is mess you have do jogging excercise for going to outlet and get your meal. Worst phoenix citadel management and food court facility.

I ordered online paneer royal burger and boss whopper burger..from this burger King outlet of Phoenix citadel mall indore.... but they gave me different order..and very poor in quality and there is no packaging at all.. and very unhygienic burger...and they don't have any single knowledge of preparation of burger and what kind of proper essential things should be present in burger King's burger...I think road side burger is far better than this burger King outlet of Phoenix citadel mall indore... I m very big fan of burger King..but sorry to burger King outlet Phoenix mall indore...

They dont give a single burger they only give meals thats how they work just remember one thing these things would have worked at other cities ye INDORE HAI bhaiya yaha indori bhiya log Niptandenge aise dhanda band hjayga 🤣 kahu aur se order krlenge wo itne bade mall mai islie sambhal jao sudhr jao INDORI BHAI LOG SE PANGA NAI🤣 Service: 1

The employees are trained to not provide any burger alone. They are forcing to take a meal instead of a burger otherwise they are not taking orders and the taste is also very pathetic. I urge everyone to not visit burger king instead you can go to mcdonalds it is just in front of burger king on 2nd floor of phoenix citadel mall

Totally depends on how much you like burgers. Not a huge fan myself (yes I have tried their best burgers) so it doesn't really stand out to me. Their taco is totally avoidable. You can try their thick shake tho Order type Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person ₹200–400 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes

Staff at Phoenix Indore mall needs more training. Time taken to serve the order is way to long. Also instruct the team not to ask for customer mobile phones to give ratings..... This is not correct way to get rated.... Order type Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
