I am writing to share my journey and express my sincere gratitude to RK Eye & Retina Center, especially to Dr. Trushaa Agrawal, for finally providing me with the answers and treatment I desperately needed for my dry eyes and other vision issues. For seven long years, I suffered from dry eye disease. I consulted 3-4 different ophthalmologists, but they consistently told me that there was nothing wrong with my eyes on the outside. I even underwent an MRI, which also came back clear, and I was referred to a neurologist. Ironically, it was the neurologist who first mentioned that I might have dry eye – something no ophthalmologist had ever suggested! This was incredibly frustrating, and I felt like I was going in circles. I eventually learned about RK Eye & Retina Center through their YouTube channel. After seeing their expertise and approach, I decided to visit the center. This decision changed everything. At RK Eye & Retina Center, they conducted thorough tests and finally confirmed that I indeed have dry eye disease. They started me on a treatment plan, and I am already experiencing positive results. But that's not all. The doctors at RK Eye & Retina Center went beyond just addressing my dry eyes. They also discovered that I have weak eye muscles and a cross-eye condition – problems that had never been mentioned or tested by any of the previous ophthalmologists I had seen. They have started me on vision therapy to address these issues as well. Furthermore, they found that my prescription was not centrally aligned, indicating a deeper level of analysis than I had received before. I am incredibly grateful to have found RK Eye & Retina Center. Dr. Trushaa Agrawal and the team have been amazing. They are thorough, knowledgeable, and truly care about their patients. They didn't just dismiss my symptoms; they investigated until they found the root cause of my problems. I am very happy with the treatment I am receiving, and I highly recommend RK Eye & Retina Center to anyone who is seeking comprehensive and effective eye care. I am grateful to the administration for the service rendered. I appreciate the good reception by the staff of the centre and the personal care given. Unfortunately I had an unexpected experience after both surgeries.. wherein I collapsed with continuous vomiting, my pressure shot up and sugar level went very low. I had to be hospitalized in Roberts Nursing Home. I am happy that there was neither pain nor any other discomfort during the surgery. May you continue the good work of healing.
