Disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-up I visited this clinic from Raipur with high hopes, expecting expert care. After my eye checkup, I was advised to get a brain MRI and send the report for further consultation. I followed the instructions sincerely and shared the report as requested, but unfortunately, did not receive any response. I tried multiple times to reach out to the clinic and even contacted the doctor directly, but he did not reply. I was later diagnosed with amblyopia in both eyes elsewhere. While the initial consultation was decent, I felt truly let down by the poor communication and lack of accountability. I hope the clinic improves its follow-up process so that future patients don’t face the same disappointment
