Very disappointing experience. They never fix the scooter properly. Even after getting the work done, problems start again the very next day. They don’t even call to give any update — I always have to call and ask whether my Activa is ready or not. Every time, they just delay things saying "not today, maybe tomorrow." I’ve been facing issues for the last 3 months. Even for small repairs, they say "you’ll get a call by evening," but no one calls. When I call them myself, they say "it’s not done today, try tomorrow." They only focus on paid service vehicles, because they make more money from them. If your scooter is under free service, or if it just needs a small part replacement, they won’t give it priority. It just lies there for 2–3 days while they work on paid service vehicles. There is no value for customers here — they only care about making money, not about giving proper service.

Worst experience ever they literally treat us like fools i think they don't need any customers more they already have lot but it's,my true and genuine when I try to communicate sales manager he even cutt off the call great customer support 🙏 …

They promise for same day delivery but no delivery on same day. They are making money only. They do not care about their customers. Customer care is not responding on email. Vehicle not serviced fully. Some issues were left open.

The worst service I have ever seen this…Shyam Honda just wash your vehicle and release it out..They do not work or open your two wheeler and service the vehicle, they do not even change the oil they do not work on the clutch gear anything… I had personal experience with my Activa it was running very badly even I had taken three services yearly from them.

Service ke name per lulte hai service to kuchh karte nahi gadi ko dhokar palic karke wapas de dete Hain,mene aaj paid service karwaya tha 1025 le liye our battery ka bola to ha bol diya our kuchh kiye nhi morning me 8:30 Am ko baik di our 4:00pm ko baik mili ,pls.eyse mat luto nhi ho rha to mana bol diya karo ....

श्याम होंडा वैशाली नगर इस शोरूम की सर्विस सबसे घटिया हे कस्टमर से गलत व्यवहार से बात करते हे मेरी गाड़ी एक महीने से शोरूम पर खड़ी हे एक्सीडेंटल बाइक हे मेरी गाड़ी का कोई काम नहीं हो रहा हे बस परेशान कर रहे हे और दौड़ा रहे हे इस शोरूम से कभी कोई गाड़ी नहीं लू गा ओर आप सब से भी निवेदन हे कि इस श्याम होंडा से गाड़ी नहीं हे एक महीने से अभी तक कलमे में लग गया अभी तक कोई कम नहीं हुआ
