Worst services ever provided by any agency. Discrepancy in bill, had to pay 2000, but work was worth only 500. No management, no hearing to the customers, better shut the center down ! Or change the bloddy ridiculous staff ! Vaishali nagar

Service date - 06-05-25 I own an Activa 5G (2019 model) and have been regularly getting it serviced at the Shyam Honda Workshop in Vaishali Nagar. I have also been purchasing the AMC every year. However, I am very disappointed with their service quality. Whenever you ask something, the staff either gives vague or incorrect answers and often argues instead of helping. Not a single employee, including the service manager, communicates respectfully or professionally. The mechanics don’t work properly either—after every service, the vehicle starts accelerating unusually high. Even when you raise a complaint, the CRM team is not at all supportive. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience.

Worst service. Within 10 days of service which costed around 1790 with AMC My activa stopped working in middle of the ride. I was charged for engine oil change, air filter kit , gear oil and many more but seems like it was not. I added bill and tax invoice.

Phle me apni gadi kalani nagar wale shyam honda pr deti thi apni service ke liye mujhe lga vo acchi service nhi krte h to ye log krte honge pr yha bhi same result mila they even don’t see twice at vehicle they give me half polished Not satisfied at all
