Average service and after sales support. Incomplete service- Had to recheck everything , vehicle was not washed after my inspection they washed it. For this whole commotion it took another 45 min. Had a very exhaustive experience.

The complete process is easy although the customer service need to be improved. The customer service executives are not really polite and often talk in a ride manner. The mechanics are skilled and the overall facilities are satisfactory. There is a comfortable customer lounge with water available. They also serve you water periodically. The servicing and Repair process needs to become more digitized such that it shows what has been repaired, when to collect and so on, along with a copy of the bill. TLDR; An alright service center with a lacking customer service experience.
