I recently got my Honda Activa serviced and overall it was a good experience. The staff was cooperative and explained the work clearly. The servicing was done on time, and the scooter feels smoother to ride now. They checked basic things like engine oil, brakes, and tyre pressure properly. However, the waiting time could be improved a bit, as it took slightly longer than expected. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service quality and would recommend it for regular maintenance.

Very disappointing experience. I visited this service center for my Honda Activa 6G due to an engine light issue and was told the battery needed charging, with an estimate of around ₹2700. Later, they called saying the cost would increase to ₹6000, which I declined. However, when I collected my scooter, the bill was still around ₹2600 — but no battery work was done. Instead, other repairs were added without proper explanation or approval, like throttle wiring,cable change were added without proper explanation or prior approval. Even after the service, the original issue remains unresolved — the self-start still doesn’t work and the engine light is still on. Work was done without consent, and no one is willing to explain, When I asked for clarification, the staff were not willing to explain and kept redirecting me from one person to another instead of taking responsibility. Unprofessional and misleading service center, would not recommend.

Bahut hi ghatiya service centre hai, bhai inko ye nhi pata ki konsi bike kab thek krni hai Aaj 4 din ho chuke hai avi tak bike ko kisi ne hath nhi lagaya bol rhe hai kal aana kal aana Rate krna nhi chahta pr 1 star to deni padegi nhi to ye review post nhi hoga. Very disappointing experience at this service center. I gave my bike for servicing, but the staff refused to work on it, saying I had “too many complaints” and asked me to go somewhere else. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. As a customer, I have the right to report issues and expect proper service. Instead of resolving problems, they are avoiding responsibility. If you are buying a premium bike, don’t expect premium service here. Customer respect and support are seriously lacking. Not recommended at all. No response, no accountability. Complaints are being ignored completely. Very poor customer handling. Not recommended.
