Very bad service center they didn't work properly and good services they didn't repair bike properly I'll come so many time for one complain and they west our time and money ... And I'll give this service center in -0 rating. Very bad experience i really disappointed everytime when ill came to give my bike for service very bad thats all

I have visited this place for last 5 years to service my two wheeler. They are really good in terms of experienced and skilled number of workers. They are polite when it comes to customer services. They do not charge extra, are nominal in terms of the service and parts charges.

Took their service on Saturday 23rd September 2023 and after waiting for around 2 hours in que finally told executive all the problems that I felt & had in my Honda Shine even exceeded by service warranty, teflon coating etc. taking my estimate to 3k+ on ensurance of executive and gave 5 star rating on request. But I felt like those detailed inputs given by me for better service were just written on paper for sake of assurance only! Few simple problems like petrol tank choke weren't resolved. A simple wash & cleaning was done improperly felt like mishearted work. Very disappointed by the service. Waste of time, patience & money.

Guys everytime I leave my Honda Activa 2 wheeler No MP09 - 9775 for service, they repair 1 and spoil 2 functions. Last time the horn was not working after servicing, this time there has been some snag in the light switch due to which the light goes off, of and on. Before that they had left the choke wire loose. Everytime, they tell some estimate and they end up billing 50%-75% more or even twice as much as they tell. Occassionally it is understandable, but everytime it cannot happen like that. Worst is if you want to leave your vehicle you will have to wait in the queue at least for 30-60 min. even if you have booked the service a day in advance. Their staff and even the security gaurd is terribly rude. Very very unprofessional service partner for a reputed company like Honda.
