Kasliwal Honda me service experience kaafi disappointing raha. Customers ko ghanto tak bithakar rakha jata hai aur proper updates nahi diye jate. Staff customer concerns ko seriously nahi leta aur communication weak hai. Itna time waste hone ke baad bhi satisfactory response nahi mila. Management ko customer handling aur service timing par turant dhyan dena chahiye.😡😡😡😡

I have purchased an Activa in november 2024. It has some technical issue and I highlighted it. Asked to replace the vehicle but no action from their end till date. Also, sent the complaint to Honda Company but still no call from their end. I left my job due to back pain and it's been 3 months. Doctor suggested for MRI and after checking report, he suggested for operation. Previously, I told to Service Manager and Showroom Manager about this issue but they are just doing servicing. But the issue is not yet resolved. Also, warranty is finished now. So, my question is what is the meaning of purchasing a new vehicle? Kasliwal honda is completely failed to provide genuine services. DO NOT BUY VEHICLE FROM THIS SHOWROOM. Worst services.
