I paid ₹140 for aloo parathas and what I received was nothing but raw dough! Not even a trace of aloo inside — just uncooked flour stuffed and folded. What kind of joke is this? Are you even checking what you're serving your customers? And it doesn’t stop there — even the aloo samosas had NO ALOO inside. How can you call it "aloo samosa" when there’s no aloo in it at all? This is not just bad service — this is blatant cheating and a complete scam. If you can’t serve fresh, properly cooked food with the basic ingredients you mention, then you have no business selling it at all. This is pure disrespect to customers. I trusted your food and you delivered garbage. Extremely disappointed and angry. I’ll make sure everyone knows how you're fooling people.

Horrible service. Horrible. Just awful. Waited over an hour to pick up biryani. For a parcel. Food otherwise is very mediocre. Do not recommend people to come here, especially if you're not locals. Overhyped. Unclean. Tables smell of damp wipe cloth.

I went to the Old Palasia shop on 23rd to buy sweets. I left my purse at the counter and left. A woman quickly called me and returned my purse. I have no words to thank her for this. Excellent quality sweets and honest workforce, salute them.

I took/purchased a parcel of samosa jalebi from here on my way to home. After reaching home when I opened the parcel I found that the chutney they provided with samosa was completely staled(gone bad). I have to throw away the samosa as well because I had already poured the chutney on it. Very bad experience. Never visiting/purchasing from here again.
