Very pathetic and bad experience with management... They have food restaurant under the basement and on the upper floor they have cash counter... Now if you're already seating down there they'll ask you to go upper floor to get food token first... Very irritating and discomfort experience.

Good food but need improvement in hygiene part...dirty toilet...cutlery is also not clean sometimes...

As always the food was great. I got really disappointed on Saturday as they didn't had any veggie burger left. But family plain dosa and cheese chutney sandwich and mushroom tikka with roti was yummm!!! The only thing I don't like about Apna Sweets and I have seen many other friends also face the same issue, is the wait time. And if you still feel hungry after having your first round of meal then you again have to go thru the whole process of buying a token and then go to the counters to give your token. Khane ka to pata nahi par staff poori tarah se unprofessional hai. Chote chote baccho ko aadha ghanta baitha kar rakhte Hain uske baad pata chalta hai ki order hi galat le liya hai . Seriously 😳 uper se kehte hain abhi aur time lagega. Taking too much time. There is no space for sitting 8 persons. They even deny for join tables. We have to sit on 2 different tables which creates serving issues. Not recommended for more than 4 people.

My experience at every apna sweets outlet is good. A tired day after shopping we went there. The taste of dosa and chhole tikiya was awesome we ordered mango smoothie and it could be better. The problem we faced is parking, it allows road parking but it can increase the traffic on the road. So I won't suggest road parking. We parked 1 km away in another building. For 2 wheelers the parking can be manageable. You must visit once as the taste is good and under budget. Worst services. Pahle rechrage karao card me khana khane k liye and cash payment karoge to return milega otherwise card se karoge to nahi milega.

Bad experience I have order twenty dal kachuri but he given me to 18kachuri and charged 20kachuri prize very bad experience uche dukaan phika pakwaan. This linee are suitable for this shop.
