They had asked for placement in reactjs in 3 months, yet I gave them 1 year of my time. Still, they were not ready to even take our interview. Somehow they used to arrange interviews but they spoiled it by asking such questions which were never taught to us and till date I have not got my placement done. i am replying that......... I appreciate your response to my review and would like to clarify a few points. Firstly, I want to emphasize that I have always approached my professional journey with sincerity and respect for my colleagues and superiors. It's disheartening to hear allegations of unethical behavior and greed, as that has never been a part of my work ethic. Regarding my departure from the company, I felt compelled to explore other opportunities due to the following reasons: Mismatched Skills: While I joined with a background in ReactJS, I was asked to work on .NET without any formal training provided. Despite my willingness to learn, I was not given the necessary guidance and resources to excel in this new domain. Excessive Working Hours: The work hours extended from 2 PM to 12 AM, six days a week. I diligently fulfilled my responsibilities, but the workload and time commitment became overwhelming. Lack of Professionalism: There were instances where I felt my concerns were not addressed professionally, and I was subject to uncomfortable and unconstructive criticism in front of the entire team. I assure you that I always value the importance of respectful communication and would never resort to abusive behavior. My intention has always been to contribute positively to any organization I work with. Exposure is not abusing... Please never misguide anyone. Our Colleagues were Btech students, belongs to city, behaviour also good, and unfortunately they also Trapped. At the time of joining,I mentioned all conditions with you, that I am not from technical background, That was your commitment, don't worry. I hope my feedback can help improve the overall work environment and processes within your organization. I hold no ill will and wish your company success in the future.
