The service is useless, I called for service twice and the problem that I was facing, I told them twice but they could not solve it.

The service was very bad, the behaviour of advisors Niti ji was very bad and he did not give proper response to anything, my bike was at the service centre for two days, after that my work was not done properly and the bike was also not washed properly, Niti ji was not even picking up my phone..

I recently had an incredibly positive experience at the Dugar TVS service center, and I want to particularly commend Mr. Santosh Tatwal for his exceptional support. My TVS Ronin (AK6037) required a significant repair – a chassis replacement – which could have been a daunting process. Thanks to their meticulous work, my bike is now in perfect condition, and I can ride with complete confidence. Very bad experience, They sell defective vehicles. Mene new Jupiter kharida, pahle hafte se hi clutch problem, engine problem alag alag type ki problem ho rahi hai. Showroom par bahut baar ja chuka hu apni problem ko lekar kisi ka koi sahi response nahi mila.

Worst service centre ever visited. They just do the things which takes less time and make the bill high. Highly disrespectful behaviour of staff .I have repaired my bike bike which costed me 5000 but problem was not solved and when I visited next day they made an estimate of 25000. And when I visited another TVS showroom My bike problem was solved for 5k₹ for which Dugar TVS made estimate of 25k. Untrained mechanic, rude staff.

It was a very nice experience with Dugar Motors. & Amazing staff they helped us in any type of inconvenience & Also special thanks to Hemant Bhati sir.
