Extremely Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience I recently visited Dugar TVS in Indore to book a Jupiter 110 scooter and was met with incredibly unprofessional behavior. I had previously discussed the exchange value of my 2014 vehicle with them, and they assured me they would offer Rs. 30,000. However, when I returned the next day to finalize the booking, they suddenly claimed they had assumed my vehicle was a 2016 model and reduced the offer to Rs. 20,000. This sudden change in their offer was not only shocking but also highly unprofessional. Is this the kind of behavior we expect when we go to book a new vehicle? Such practices are unacceptable, and I am extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this showroom to anyone looking for a fair and transparent buying experience.

Worst tvs dealership in indore. The only thing they are good at is being rude and uncooperative to their customers. They only talk to you nicely until you buy the vehicle after that they treat you like trash. The best staff in indore to be rude. Even after buying 2 vehicles from them they don’t value the customer service at all. No attention is being given to customer complains. They don’t even service the vehicle in one go after registering your issues and when you go again they have the audacity to tell you to come again later and they don’t have time to solve the issue at present. Highly recommend everyone to go to any other dealership or even local mechanics rather than going to them.

Santosh Tetwal and Aman both of them are the best employees at Duggar TVs and they give a lot of support, no matter how much I praise them, it is less, these two employees are the most special for all the customers here
