Dugar Distributors TVS (2 wheeler & EV) - Ratlam Kothi

I had a great experience at TVS Dugar showroom. The staff was polite, friendly, and very helpful. They explained all the bike details clearly and made the buying process smooth. The delivery was on time and all documentation was handled properly. Overall, the service quality is excellent. Highly recommended showroom for buying a TVS bike...

Over all good experience staff behaviour also good sh

It's been very good service and prompt fix by dugar service centre. All issue has been fix very quickly . Thanks to Deepak who is resolving issue very quick and handle the things very smartly. Vehival number Mp09zr3744 job card no. 8895.

My new scooty got stuck in the middle of the road within just a month and i am unable to start it. I made a call to the showroom firstly they refused to drag the same to the showroom by making multiple excuses like staff unavailability, far location, and insurance policy. After half an hour they told me after lunch.. after 6 PM.. they will send the staff to the location. They continuously delayed it the whole day. I called them around 12 PM and they took the scooty on the NEXT DAY around 1 PM. This does not end here-- They took my scooty and said to take it back to the showroom in the evening. Then i called them and they said due to the unavailability of staff no work has been done, take your scooty the next day. TVS Dugar has a well-known name and this wasn't expected from their side. Also, the job of the Distributors are not done just after the sale, it is their duty to look after the services and stop making the excuses of insurance policies.

Here the bike or scooter is readily available. You can take the same day delivery and the paper work process is hassle free.
