Very bad services staff was also rude they don’t even give the date time for service of Scooty they didn’t even attend the Customer very disappointed.

Worst experience on every service of my TVS raider. Every time I got new scratch on my bike and no body is cooperative. On my last service they broke the horse logo and they told me to change it in 4 days but when I asked them and call them they denied and the service executive who took responsibility didn't pick the call 😞 why don't they understand they took money and didn't care about costumer Vehicle no.-MP09DB6926 Service executive -Santosh

I bought my Icube from Dugar TVS, Geeta Bhavan in March 2025, and this has been one of the worst after-sales experiences I’ve ever had. After giving my vehicle for the first service (after 6 months), it was returned with a loud noise coming from the seat. When I went back to get it checked, the staff behaved extremely rudely and unprofessionally. First, they flat-out denied the issue, saying “This is normal.” Only after I forced them to check did they open the seat and put a few washers — which obviously did nothing. Then they told me a new seat needs to be ordered. I waited one whole month, and when the seat finally came, they suddenly said “This won’t be covered under warranty.” This is their standard drama — deny, delay, and argue. And till today, the problem is STILL NOT solved. On top of that, every time you visit here, be prepared to waste hours. They make you sit endlessly and still don’t fix anything properly. To fix one simple seat issue, I’ve already made 6 visits, and I’m still waiting. Absolutely pathetic service, zero accountability, and worst customer handling

I had a very disappointing experience at the TVS Durgar Service Centre. The service staff was extremely unprofessional, and their behavior toward customers was unacceptable. My vehicle issue was not properly resolved, and I continued to face the same problem repeatedly even after the service. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no accountability or proper response. The works manager consistently failed to answer calls, and the overall attitude of the team showed a complete lack of customer service skills. If this continues, I will be compelled to escalate the matter further to higher authorities, including contacting the director or CEO of TVS. I strongly urge TVS to look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action. I do not recommend this service centre to anyone.

Great people and really loved the way nehal solanki treats his customers. We brought Jupiter this week and I'll prefer dugar over all other TVS for servicing and buying.

-Too much dispersed environment -No proper lead management -Test drive vehicles are in a very bad state or not maintained -No proper washroom or drinking water facility available Customer care executives are overworked and not able to attend customers properly. If sales experience is worst i doubt about service not going for TVS from dugar ever Not recommended at all

I had the worst experience after purchasing the vehicle. The staff members are extremely rude and unprofessional and the vehicle has battery issues since I have bought the vehicle. These people do not value your time and make you wait there and after that they'll say slot is not available for servicing and you'll just stand there like a fool. Plsss avoid buying vehicle while going through the review I came to know about the unprofessional behaviour of the staff members and literally they have the worst staff members they just know how to shout and make you run from one counter to another and do not value your time .Pls don't go on the positive reviews I guess they are all paid.
