It was a very nice experience with this showroom the presence the staff was good

Worst experience we book in advance they promised to deliver on time but no follow up for delivery when we visit no one pay attention we have to wait for 2 hours while we proceed for payment there are several issues in vehicle and for same delivery we have to wait more for delivery we waited for 5-6 hours worst experience we exploited our whole day in showroom on the festival day

RR provides pathetic after sales service, these people charge a hell lot of money over the above the norms and justifiable amount in the name of unnecessary agent charges for which they dont even provide receipts. I got my RC after 2.5 months after purchasing, highly disappointed and I strongly suggest people to not prefer RR as their dealer.

Not happy with the after sale service. I have choose a number of my choice. I paid amount as per govt norms over and above the cost of price because I needed the number of my choice. Even after that they took some more amount on account of agent charges which is not justifiable. I agreed. Even after that it has been more then 6 weeks I have still not received RC. Its my suggestion not to buy bike from them as there sale is good but after sale is hopeless..
