I bought my Classic Marsh Grey -350 from RR automotive.... .but seriously ...they are not cooperative at all.... worst service I have ever received from any outlets....after selling the bike they just ignore the customers. I haven't received RC after 1 year of purchasing of my bike, every time they just told me that - ok sir, yes sir , we will update you. To improve the ratings their employees made comments here....if any one has any contact no or mail id where I can complain to them regarding my issue, please provide.

कम्पनी के सर्वेश सेन्टर के वेल ट्रेंड मैकेनिक पर हमारा स्थानीय मैकेनिक भारी पड़ गया। तीन दिन हमारी बुलेट कम्पनी के सर्विस सेन्टर पर पड़ी रही। उसकी समस्या हल नहीं हुई। फ़िर सांवेर के मेकेनिक को गाडी दी तो गाडी उसी ने टनाटन कर दी। समय खराब करना है कम्पनी में गाडी की सर्विस करवाने में।

Showroom is nice but few pointers for them :. 1. Lack of professionalism...2. monopoly in area...3. lack of spares.....4. less knowledge but high esteem..... This is why their staff won't succeed in metro cities as they are either trained to misguide or cheat customers with half information....... Though as they are making good money locally as no competitor is there,such feedback won't matter to their franchisee...
